Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership purchases are 100% refundable up until 30 days prior to the kickoff event.

Beginning 30 days before the kickoff event, refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be reduced based on expenses already incurred for the purchaser’s membership and event participation. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, gifts, membership materials and supplies, event planning costs, and kickoff event budget allocations.
