MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL POLICY

It’s our goal to offer our customers great opportunities throughout the year to access time-tested, proven teaching and resources from John C. Maxwell. Every week of the year, we aim to give our contacts and customers a wide range of offers on physical and digital products. However, as a company founded on servant leadership and integrity, we never want you to feel hoodwinked or excluded from a promotional price on an item you recently purchased.

In the case that you purchase a product from The John Maxwell Store or a digital product from The John Maxwell Online Academy and see a lower promotional price within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference of your purchase in order to ensure that you’re receiving the best price.

In order to receive this partial refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following:

  1. Attached proof of the lower promotional price you discovered through communications from The John Maxwell Store, The John Maxwell Company or John Maxwell’s personal social media accounts.

  2. A date-stamped receipt of your original purchase that shows the amount you paid.

This refund does not apply to prices or products on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, other online retailers, or local stores.


REFUND POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with an online course or digital product from The John Maxwell Online Academy, first and foremost, we want you to know we’re here to serve you. We aspire to do our best to exceed expectations and provide excellence in your learning and development as a leader. That’s why we want to give you plenty of time to decide what’s working for you and what’s not.

Your request should meet the following requirements to receive a refund:

  • You have 30 days after the date of purchase to request a full refund.
    NOTE: After the 30-day period has passed a partial refund may be requested on a case by case basis.

  • We ask that you complete at least two modules AND the accompanying notes (if available) before determining that you’d like a refund.

  • We ask that you provide our Customer Experience Team a brief written explanation with the reason for your refund request.

This refund does not apply to prices or products on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, other online retailers, or local stores.

EVENT TICKETS

Live2Lead LIVE Event

Tickets to Live2Lead are non-refundable upon purchase but are transferable at any time prior to the event. Furthermore, the price at which tickets are purchased cannot be partially refunded in the event a promotional price is offered more than 10 days after the initial ticket purchase. This policy only applies to tickets purchased for the LIVE event in Atlanta, GA hosted by The John Maxwell Company not simulcast sites. 

Exchange

Should you need to cancel, full refunds will be given for cancellations submitted via email before 1/31/18. After that, no refunds will be given for cancellation, but we will allow attendees to transfer their spot to another individual at any time until 30 days prior to the event. These transfers must be submitted via email to P.J. Simmons at [email protected] or Stephanie Holcombe at [email protected]

Elite

Should you need to cancel, full refunds will be given for cancellations submitted via email before 6/30/18. After that, no refunds will be given for cancellation, but we will allow attendees to transfer their spot to another individual at any time until 30 days prior to the event. These transfers must be submitted via email to P.J. Simmons at [email protected] or Stephanie Holcombe at [email protected].
